Cross Country weekend results

 This weekend at the Columbia Invitational, Andrew Nau became the first runner in SCHS history to win a Cross Country meet. Also, the boys team came in first overall (which was another “first” in school history), while the girls team finished second.

Cross Country results 9/9

At the Warrior Invitational (9/9), our boys Cross Country team finished an outstanding 5th, while the girls were 7th. Individually, Andrew Nau was 5th overall, in a field of over 100.

Golf results

Peyton Hammonds came in 1st overall for girls and Shelden Barina 1st overall for boys. Girls team qualified for Region (Peyton Hammonds, Alece Sanderson, Kylie Hammonds) Wesley Sandlin and Shelden qualified for Region as individuals 

Friday game moved to Saturday at 2 pm

Due to Metro-Nashville public schools being closed today, tonight’s game vs. John Overton HS has been moved to Saturday, 9/2 at 2 pm. The contest will be held at SCHS! Come out and support the Red Hawks!

Wrestling Meeting changed

The wrestling meeting that was originally scheduled for Aug. 31st will now be held on Thursday, Sept. 7th at 6 pm. This meeting is for current wrestling parents and those interested in joining our wrestling team at SCHS. Thanks for your understanding for the last minute change.

Football moved back to Friday 9/1

The football game vs. Overton has been moved back to Friday at 7 pm at SCHS. Come support the Red Hawks!

Swim Team information meeting

There will be a Swim Team interest meeting on August 22nd @ 6pm in the Lecture Hall.  Please enter through the front of the building to attend.

Softball tryout info

Tryouts will be held at the SCHS softball field on July 11 & 13 from 5:30-8. All paperwork must be in to tryout and you must attend both.

Stewarts Creek Baseball in the State Title Game

Stewarts Creek will play Brentwood at 5pm Friday for the state championship. Girls’ State Track Results

Gabrielle Napper won 6th in State for High Jump – her second consecutive medal in that event at the state meet. Girls 4 x 200 relay finished 2nd, with an unbelievable time of 1:41.92. Girls 4 x 100 relay finished 3rd in the state with a time of 48.57. Congratulations to these outstanding athletes!
